Best EV Lease Deals Under $300 This March

Spring is bringing hot EV lease deals, with several electric models available for under $300 a month. If you’ve been waiting for the right time to switch to an EV, these affordable lease options make it easier than ever.

EV Leasing on the Rise

With EV sales hitting record highs, leasing is becoming the go-to option for many buyers. January marked the 10th straight month of 100,000+ EVs sold in the U.S., and more drivers are choosing to lease due to lower monthly payments compared to financing. According to Xperian’s Q4 market report, the Tesla Model 3, Model Y, Honda Prologue, Hyundai IONIQ 5, and Chevrolet Equinox EV are among the most leased models, all available for under $300 a month right now.

Kia, Hyundai, and Genesis: Affordable & Feature-Packed

Kia and Hyundai continue to offer some of the cheapest and most efficient EVs. The 2025 Kia Niro EV is this month’s best deal at just $129 per month. The 2024 Hyundai IONIQ 6 can be leased for $149/month, while the new 2025 IONIQ 5 starts at $229/month, now featuring more range and a Tesla NACS charging port. Even the luxury Genesis GV60 is available under $300/month in some regions.

Honda & Acura: Budget-Friendly SUVs

The Honda Prologue is one of the best-selling EVs, leasing for $239 per month—cheaper than a Civic. Acura’s luxury ZDX starts at $299/month, with some states offering up to $28,000 in discounts.

Chevy, Ford & Toyota Join the Deal Frenzy

The Chevy Equinox EV and Blazer EV are both available for $299/month, making them strong choices for SUV lovers. Meanwhile, Ford’s Mustang Mach-E leases for $213/month, with a free Level 2 home charger included. The Toyota bZ4X and Subaru Solterra are also competitive, with lease rates under $280/month.

Tesla Stays Competitive

The Tesla Model Y and Model 3, the top-selling EVs in the U.S., remain among the cheapest to lease, both available for $299/month.

These deals may vary by region, and with federal EV incentives at risk, now might be the best time to lock in a low-cost EV lease.
