Ferrari Elettrica: Where Silence Meets Speed

Ferrari Elettrica: Where Silence Meets Speed

Powertrain: Four Motors, Endless Power

Forget everything you know about electric cars. The Elettrica’s powertrain is a Ferrari original, built entirely in-house.

  • Front axle: 210 kW output, 93% efficiency
  • Rear motors: 310 kW combined
  • Top motor speeds: 25,500 RPM (rear), 30,000 RPM (front)
  • Total power: 1,000+ CV in boost mode
  • 0–100 km/h: 2.5 seconds
  • Top speed: 310 km/h

Each wheel is driven by an independent electric motor, delivering unmatched precision and control. The front axle even disengages for improved efficiency under light loads.

F1 Tech Beneath the Skin

The Elettrica borrows heavily from Ferrari’s Formula 1 know-how.
The motors use a Halbach array rotor configuration — maximizing torque output while cutting weight. These permanent magnet motors also offer high power density, combining raw speed with surgical accuracy.

Battery: Lightweight, Track-Ready

The 880V battery pack is all about performance under pressure.

  • 195 Wh/kg energy density
  • 85% of cells sit between the axles
  • Remaining cells placed under rear seats
  • Fully serviceable and removable without damaging the chassis
  • Handles up to 500 kW of power intake for sustained track performance
  • Cooling is handled by an integrated plate to maintain ideal cell temps — even during hot laps.

Suspension & Chassis: Maximum Grip, Minimal Drama

  • Handling is where Ferrari shines — and the Elettrica raises the bar.
  • Third-generation active suspension reacts instantly
  • Lower center of gravity = sharper cornering
  • 20% upgraded ball screw for smoother vertical impact control
  • New rear axle uses the largest single-piece hollow casting Ferrari has ever produced
  • Subframe reduces NVH (noise, vibration, harshness) without sacrificing chassis stiffness

Built With Purpose

This is also Ferrari’s most sustainable chassis ever, using 75% recycled aluminum. It’s assembled in Maranello, where performance and precision go hand in hand.

What’s Next?

Ferrari hasn’t revealed pricing (surprise, surprise), but full details are coming in phases. The interior drops in early 2026, followed by the full unveiling in spring.

One thing’s certain:
The Elettrica is no half-measure. It’s a supercar engineered to move Ferrari — and the electric world — forward.
