New Lexus ES EV Debuts With 300 Miles of Range

Lexus Pushes the ES Into the Electric Era

Lexus is transforming one of its most recognizable sedans. The all-new Lexus ES now enters the electric age, introducing a fully battery-powered version alongside updated hybrid models.

For the first time in the model’s history, buyers can choose a fully electric ES350e. The new EV targets drivers who want luxury, efficiency, and modern technology in a single package. Lexus estimates the sedan can travel around 300 miles on a full charge, making it practical for both daily commuting and longer road trips.

Meanwhile, a more powerful electric variant called the ES500e brings additional performance through an advanced all-wheel-drive system.

A Fresh Design Direction

The latest ES introduces a noticeably updated design. Lexus reshaped the sedan with smoother lines, a wider stance, and a more expressive profile.

At the front, L-shaped LED headlights create a signature lighting pattern that immediately stands out. The rear also receives a modern update with a full-width LED light bar that stretches across the trunk and highlights an illuminated Lexus emblem.

A new Wavelength exterior color joins the palette, giving the sedan an elegant and futuristic appearance.

Large 21-inch wheels further strengthen the ES’s road presence and emphasize its athletic proportions.

A Bigger, More Luxurious Interior

Inside, the new ES focuses heavily on comfort and craftsmanship. Lexus expanded the cabin to deliver more room for both front and rear passengers.

Premium materials play a key role in the design. Unique 3D-printed bamboo accents add a natural and modern feel to the interior.

Technology also takes a major step forward. A 14-inch touchscreen display controls the latest Lexus Interface multimedia system and supports wireless connectivity for smartphones.

Drivers who want a more immersive experience can upgrade to the Mark Levinson premium audio system, which creates a rich three-dimensional sound environment.

For ultimate comfort, Lexus offers an Executive Package with reclining and massaging rear seats, plus a passenger-side ottoman.

Electric Power Meets Lexus Refinement

The electric ES350e focuses on efficiency and smooth driving with its estimated 300-mile range. Meanwhile, the ES500e introduces Lexus’ DIRECT4 all-wheel-drive system, designed to deliver stronger acceleration and better traction.

Hybrid versions remain available as well. The ES350h uses Lexus’ latest hybrid technology, designed to provide smooth power delivery and improved efficiency.

With electric and hybrid options available, the new ES signals Lexus’ growing commitment to electrified luxury vehicles.
